  1. latex2e.INF is the LaTeX description in the format for the OS/2
  2. hypertext view program. I have converted latex2e.texi with the 
  3. public domain program texi2ipf to latex2e.ipf and  then to latex2e.INF 
  4. with the INF-compiler.
